Barberia Rio

Barberia Rio is a neighbourhood barbershop in Portugal that ran entirely on walk-ins and messages, with no real presence online and no way to take appointments after hours.

The website turns that around. Clients pick a barber, a service, a day and an hour in a five step booking flow backed by a custom REST API that checks real availability, while the owner manages schedules, breaks and blocked days from an admin panel. The same API now powers the booking flow of a second local business site.
